Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

To qualify for a return, your product must be in the same condition as the item you received, not worn or unused. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the item you own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.

 

Refund When your return is received and checked, we will notify you that you will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue a dishonor.

 

If you request a refund. This money will be returned to your account within 3-15 days after we reach an agreement.
